A locally-owned furniture company run by Cal Poly Alumni specializing in one-stop shopping to create beautiful homes and offices. We have a do-it-yourself warehouse full of furniture where you can furnish an entire home, room or office at a fraction of retail prices in a no-pressure, casual environment with talented, friendly decorators who are there to help assist you in achieving your goals.
WHAT DO YOU DO?
We help furnish Model Homes by offering home furnishings to builders, contractors and designers. We also offer all our home furnishings to the general public and are available for “In-Home” service.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW?
In order to keep our prices low, we do not have a fancy retail showroom in a high rent building with a large staff. Our warehouses are located in low-rent industrial parks and have a very casual environment. Traditional retailers and department stores mark up their furniture between 100-300%. Since builders and decorators demand value for their projects, Model Home Furnishings keeps their products well below traditional retail stores. These same low prices our available to the general public.
WHAT TYPES OF FURNITURE DO YOU CARRY?
We carry all types of interior furniture including traditional, contemporary, modern, rustic, country, etc. You can purchase anything from our warehouse, website or catalogs directly from the manufacturer. Since we have to stay on the cutting edge of furniture trends for our builders and decorators we carry the most relevant furnishings as well as unique pieces not found elsewhere.
IS YOUR FURNITURE USED?
All of our furniture is new and comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. However, we do have some “scratch and dent” items available.
DO YOU GUYS PRICE MATCH?
If you see the same item sold in a local store for less, we will do whatever we can to give you that same deal. This only applies to local retail stores between Buellton to Paso Robles.
DO I HAVE TO COME INTO THE WAREHOUSE TO BUY?
No. If you see an item on our website that you want to purchase, just give us a call to place your order.
DO YOU DELIVER?
We use a local delivery company and it is available if you choose. Otherwise, you can pick up your furniture at no charge.
